Your 5 favourite Gemini tips
You give it a source document for the information and a template deck for the visual design, and it builds out all the slides, tables and formatting for you.

Use Workspace Studio to draft your Gmail replies using a document of answers to frequent questions. It only takes a few minutes to set up.
Many people still don’t realise that Gemini will create Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs, Word, Excel, and CSV files. You just ask for the output you want and it’ll save doing any copy/pasting.
Put 3-5 documents from a project into NotebookLM and you’ve got something that answers questions, finds conflicting information, and can even onboard new starters for you.
Upload a long document to Gemini, switch on Canvas, and ask for an interactive dashboard version of it. Much easier than skimming a 20 page strategy document nobody really wants to read.

Two others just missed out, but I think they’re both very helpful, so also sharing them here: searching Drive by asking a question instead of typing a keyword, and adding one sentence to your prompt so Gemini interviews you first.
